About the Role

We are seeking skilled HVAC/R Service Technician's to join the team. This role involves providing both preventive maintenance and responsive repair services for commercial and industrial HVAC and systems. The technician will work across a diverse portfolio of facilities, including schools, universities, office buildings, mission-critical and manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including RTUs, AHUs, VRF, VAV, and chillers

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and improve system performance

  • Troubleshoot and repair air-cooled, water-cooled, centrifugal, and screw chillers

  • Work with refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging in compliance with EPA guidelines

  • Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to diagnose faults and recommend solutions

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers to report service outcomes and recommend further actions

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent via digital work order systems

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites

  • Stay up to date with product training and emerging HVAC/R technologies

Key Qualifications

  • Associate degree in HVAC/R technology or related technical discipline

  • EPA 608 Certification (Universal) required

  • 5+ years of experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Strong hands-on experience with air-cooled, centrifugal, and screw chillers

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
